Privacy Policy

This policy describes what happens to information you provide through this website. It covers this site only, not any separate engagement agreement you may have with CoSci.

What this site collects

The site has no sign-up, no account, and no contact form. There are two ways information reaches us:

• The chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat widget are sent to our server and forwarded to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. We do not store conversations; they exist only for the length of the request.
• WhatsApp and email. If you use the WhatsApp button or email link, the conversation happens on that platform and is governed by that platform's terms as well as this policy.

Processors we use

• Google (Gemini API): processes chat messages to generate replies.
• Vercel: hosts the site and processes standard server request logs, which include IP address and user agent.

Please do not send confidential information, identity documents, or financial details through the chat assistant. Use WhatsApp or email for anything sensitive.

Analytics and advertising

This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

Your rights

Because the site stores no personal data of its own, there is generally nothing to export or erase. For information held under a client engagement, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
